Terms and conditions:
- Customers must provide full and accurate information in the order form.
- Customers must provide up to 25 to 35 days for processing and delivery of customized orders. And 10 days for in stock product. Any order that cannot be processed, we will inform you at the earliest.
- While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the item.
- “COMPANY DONOT OFFER ANY RETURN POLICY”, but is fully responsible for delivery of quality items.
- Booked order cannot be cancelled at any stage.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode is not available for the customers who required delivery outside Pakistan.
- Separate shipping charges are applied for overseas deliveries; all payments will be 100% in advance for foreign orders.
- Free Home delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in Pakistan, while 25% advance payment is required on all national orders.
- During transit if any item got damage, company will fix it or exchange it with new item
- In case of exchange or fixing, one-way shipping charges as per actual are to be borne by the recipient.
- In case of returns, Gulmohar-“The Art Jewellery” will issue a store credit which can be utilized anytime for your future purchase. However we will not be able to issue any refunds.
- Gulmohar-“The Art jewellery” assures you best quality control and inspection standards. We use credible courier services like Blue-ex, TCS, DHL, Sky Net. However, in case of any damage during the transit, company takes full responsibility will fix it or exchange it with new item within the earliest possible timeframe. One way shipping charges as per actual are to be borne by the recipient.
