WHAT IS SPECIALTY OF YOUR JEWELLERY? IT IS ARTIFICIAL?

We are dealing in 24k gold plated jewellery it is not artificial jewellery

• 3 Years color warranty and lifetime free maintenance.
• All jewellery items are similar in look to real gold.
• Semi precious stones and beads.
• All Jewellery is polish-able.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

“COMPANY DONOT OFFER ANY RETURN POLICY”, but is fully responsible for delivery of same and quality items.

• In case of exchange or fixing, one-way shipping charges as per actual are to be borne by the recipient
• In case of returns, Gulmohar- “The Art Jewellery” will issue a store credit which can be utilized anytime for your future purchase. However, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOMIZED ORDERS?

Yes we are making customized orders on special request, only share clear image of your required product on what’s app or Facebook inbox we will inform you about possibility of making and price estimation.

CAN YOU CHANGE OR MODIFY YOUR PRODUCTS?

We are jewellery designers and makers, so our designers and skilled staff can make modification in our all jewellery items. We can make following modifications to all jewellery items

1: Colour changing: in golden or silver look (if some item is in golden colour we can replace it with silver one and vice versa)

2: Size modification: we can change the size of our all items for example we can increase or decrease the size of  earrings with any bridal set, make any motive in bigger or smaller size etc.

3: Parts modification: we can make several matching parts of an item for instance; we can make additional “Mang Tikka” with any bridal set, earrings with any necklace etc.

4: Replacement of stones: we can replace stones according to requirement of client for instance replace ruby with emerald, black with blue etc.

DO YOU OFFER COD ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

No, COD (cash on delivery) is not possible on international orders, as there is no courier company in world who offer cash on delivery on international level. 100% Payment with shipping charges as per location is required in advance.

DO YOU SHIP TO BANGLDESH WHAT IS PROCEDURE?

Yes we are shipping our products to Bangladesh.

Shipping charges for BD:  3000 BDT (per KG)

• Advance bank transfer in local Bangladeshi bank account.
• Our agent service will get your parcel clear from customs and deliver at your doorstep in Bangladesh.

DO YOU WORK WITH RESELLERS IN PAKISTAN?

No we are not working with resellers in Pakistan.
