Refund policy

At Gulmohar Art Jewellery, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped.

Customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, images, and specifications before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Booked orders cannot be cancelled at any stage.
  • Any advance payment made is non-refundable.

Store Credit

If a product becomes unavailable after receiving your advance payment or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue Store Credit equal to the amount paid. Store Credit may be used at any time for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged Items (Pakistan Only)

For orders delivered within Pakistan, if an item is damaged during transit, we will repair or replace it with a new item as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for the one-way shipping charges for returning the item.

International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not offer returns, repairs, replacements, or refunds for overseas orders, including items damaged during transit.

Color Variation

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, and screen resolution. Such differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
