Welcome to Gulmohar Art Jewellery. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date billing, shipping, and contact information. Gulmohar Art Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot process your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Processing Time

  • In-stock products: approximately 10 business days
  • Customized products: 25–35 business days

Production times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

4. Product Appearance

We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, or the handmade nature of some products.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Payments

  • Pakistan pre-booking orders require 50% advance payment before processing.
  • International orders require 100% advance payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Pakistan.

7. No Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Advance payments are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, logos, product designs, graphics, text, videos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Gulmohar Art Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gulmohar Art Jewellery shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from courier services, customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
