Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Gulmohar Art Jewellery. We strive to ensure that every order is processed with care and delivered safely.
Order Processing Time
- In-stock products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 10 business days.
- Customized or made-to-order products: Please allow 25–35 business days for production and dispatch.
If we are unable to process your order within the expected timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Within Pakistan
- We offer Home Delivery and across Pakistan.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Pakistan.
- A 50% advance payment is required on all pre booking orders within Pakistan before processing.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
- 100% advance payment is required before processing any international order.
- International shipping charges are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
Courier Services
We use reliable courier partners, including TCS ,DHL, SkyNet and other trusted logistics providers, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Damaged Shipments
For orders delivered within Pakistan, if your parcel is damaged during transit, Gulmohar Art Jewellery will repair or replace the damaged item at the earliest possible time. Customers are responsible only for the one-way shipping charges incurred when sending the item back.
For international orders, we do not offer damage replacement or repair for items damaged during transit. Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping address and recipient information are accurate before placing an order.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. Such delays do not entitle customers to cancel or claim compensation.
